7-9 days before: 50% refund
4-6 days before: 40% refund
2-3 days before: 30% refund
Less than 2 days: 20% refund

Breakfast and dinner require advance reservation.
No pets allowed. No smoking indoors (outdoor smoking area available).
Garden lights turn off at 10:00 PM.
Two-story building with no elevator.
Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM.
Please lock your door and safeguard valuables. Return keys at check-out.
